It’s easy to get caught up in the doing, in the project, in the work you derive satisfaction from.
It makes sense. It feels safe. You’re competent there.
But when will you pull back, zoom out, expand your perspective?
When will you determine the outcomes that matter, that make the doing important in the first place?
When will you carve out the time to lift your eyes, to reconnect and say “That’s why.”?
That’s where clarity, motivation and growth lies.
An action I’m taking
