An insight

There’s a saying: “Get comfortable with the uncomfortable.”

I think that’s nonsense. The uncomfortable by definition will always be uncomfortable.

The different response to discomfort is to acknowledge it’s a part of your everyday and then accept it, make room for it.

An action I’m taking

I’m dosing meditation like caffeine. When the afternoon slump kicks in, I’m meditating to reset and refresh.
