An insight
Fixing is a reaction to brokenness rather than seeing the wholeness of others.
Helping is based on inequality of strength. While the helper may feel a sense of satisfaction, often helping incurs a debt.
Serving is a relationship between equals where the outcome is mutual gratitude.

An action I’m taking
I’ve loved beginning to read Lord Of The Rings to my daughters. It’s a full circle from my own childhood where mum read it to me and my four siblings.
