For many people, the constant drive and focus on a goal can mean we spend years putting our all in to achieve it, only to eventually realise that time and development have changed us to a point where we no longer personally suit that goal.
What follows can be a period of frustration, confusion and ‘lostness’ as we try to find where we belong.
This was certainly the case for me.
