I’m close to wrapping up development of a new program.
It will be the distillation of everything I’ve learned about resilience, performance and fulfilment.
It’s called Elevation.
I’ll be asking for expressions of interest soon.
This program will be a bit different.
It’s not about teaching you how to do what you already do. It’s about changing the game so that what you do is no longer the definition of who are you are, but the expression of who you are.
It’s not about making you harder, tougher, stronger or eliminating stress and pressure. It’s about helping you become a trampoline that can absorb the certain hits in an uncertain world and bounce back to serve the people and aspirations that truly matter to you – across family, work, health and more.
It’s not about setting goals. This goes beyond goals. It is about defining and learning to play your infinite game for maximum impact and fulfilment. Goals will become milestones on the journey.
It’s not an endless list of tactics and strategies. It will focus on enduring, evidence-based practices and compounding choices to elevate resilience, performance and fulfilment all at once.
And while it won’t guarantee success, it will be the antidote to regret.
Who is it for?
It is for people who recognize that achieving goals, while valuable, are no longer enough to derive true fulfilment. They want to leave a legacy with a sense of purpose and meaning.
Typically they are already performing well in aspects of their lives and careers but are now looking to take it up a level, find alignment across all of it and dial in the practices that will sustain them for the long term.
The Elevation Program will:
- Assess where you’re at right now.
- Define your Infinite Game: Purpose for direction; Values for how you want to walk the path; and Suffering for the challenge that is the certainty along the way.
- Build your plan to create a road map into the future and break it down to the action required now.
- Develop systems that support the never-ending practices you’ll need to play your infinite game.
- Personalise the toolkit required to build resilience and manage energy, prioritisation and time to maximum impact.
- Provide support and accountability to course correct along the way.
This program is about understanding where energy, prioritisation and fulfilment lie for you and then bring that into alignment in everything you do.
