Hi there,
Happy Monday!
Feels good to have some energy back this week after my travels!
Here is your weekly dose of The Monday 3: a quote, an insight and an action I’m taking.

A quote I’m pondering
I am firm; you are obstinate; he is a pig-headed fool.
Bertrand Russell
An insight from conversation
In challenging situations, how can we clarify short, medium and long term objectives? How can we see the situation through our own, others’ and the collective points of view? How can we open up and acknowledge the challenge, stay present enough to recognise that we still have a choice of response and then take the action that matters?
Because as someone said to me: “There is rain in every season.”
Perspective changes everything.
An action I’m taking
While it’s basic, after reviewing my journal it is just so obvious how important it is for me to get outside. Even though it was windy and rainy yesterday and it felt like an effort to get there, the beach with family for my sister’s birthday, even for only a few hours, was a massive recharge.

Is there one of these that really stood out for you? I’d love to hear your thoughts or suggestions too.
I hope you have a great week ahead.
With love,
